Last updated: 25 August 2026. These terms govern your use of this website (Kalinga’s public marketing site), including joining the waitlist and reserving a pre-order spot. They do not govern use of the Kalinga product itself by a subscribed clinic — that is a separate agreement presented when an organization actually signs up.
As explained on our Privacy Policy, the entity operating this site is in the process of formal incorporation, so a final registered legal entity name is not yet in place. Until it is, these terms are with the team operating Kalinga, reachable at hello@kalinga.app. This section will be updated with the real entity details once incorporation is complete.
This site describes the Kalinga product, lets you join a waitlist, and lets you reserve a pre-order spot. You agree to provide accurate information when you use the waitlist or pre-order form, and not to use either to submit information about someone else without their knowledge, or to attempt to disrupt the site or the API behind it (for example, automated bulk submissions — the form includes a hidden field specifically to filter these out).
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to anything. It records your email address (and, if you provide them, your clinic name and role) so we can contact you about Kalinga. You can ask to be removed at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
“Reserve your spot” takes real payment through Stripe’s hosted checkout, in exchange for founding-customer pricing and priority in the onboarding queue once Kalinga is ready for your organization. If pre-orders are not open in your region or at the time you try, the form tells you so and offers to add you to the free waitlist instead — no charge is made in that case.
We have not yet published a refund policy for a completed pre-order. This is a real gap, not a decision to withhold refunds — it is listed as an open item below, and a real policy will replace this paragraph once one is decided. Until then, if you have paid for a pre-order and want to discuss a refund, email hello@kalinga.app and we will work it out directly with you.
This website is a business-to-business marketing site for a clinical practice-management product. It is not a substitute for medical advice, does not accept patient records, and should not be used to submit any information about a patient’s health. If you are a patient looking for a clinic that uses Kalinga, contact that clinic directly.
The Kalinganame, logo, and the content of this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages of this site for your own evaluation of the product; you may not copy, resell, or represent this site’s content as your own.
This website and the information on it are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in this section limits a right you have that cannot be waived under Philippine law.
We may update these terms as the site and its offers change. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. A specific venue for disputes has not yet been decided — see the open items below.
